Fit 5:22 Hyrox Program in Nash, TX
The Fit 5:22 Hyrox training program has three core workouts per week, Foundational, Engine, and Power. These sessions are circuit style/high intensity interval training. It utilizes kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, ski-ergs, tanks/sleds, running, sandbags, and bikes.
The Hyrox class is great if you're new to fitness, as it is easy to modify and go at your own pace, or if you're looking to participate in a Hyrox competition and want training specifically with that goal inmind!
