Fit 5:22 FLEX
Fit 5:22 FLEX is our take on functional strength and full-body bodybuilding!! This program trades out some "intensity" and "testing" for a little more "burn" and "aesthetics". This program has less "for time" focus and more "feel the pump" focus.
Each FLEX workout consist of three parts:
- Functional Strength - Encompasses the movements and positions that have the most carry over outside the walls of the gym. The most common motor patterns include: squats, lunge, push, pull, press, hinge, and various holds.
- Bodybuilding - Typically this will be a "full-body" type of look and feel consisting of exercises that train each major muscle group.
- Mixed Conditioning - This is optional conditioning provided utilizing various pieces of equipment
ATHLETE GOAL - It's simple, LOOK amazing, FEEL amazing, and HAVE A BLAST while doing it!
