Fit 5:22 GO is our “on the go” program that can literally be done from anywhere (your living room, your driveway, or even a hotel room).
This program is a hidden gem as every Fit 5:22 GO workout includes a strength session and a conditioning piece with each day of the week being a different focus (i.e. push-pull focus, full body sprint, Saturday Squats, Sunday Sweat, etc.).What makes the Fit 5:22 GO program unique is that every single workout can be completed with just a single set of DB’s!! Another unique feature of the Fit 5:22 GO program is that each workout is accompanied by a short trainer led video where each movement is explained, reviewed, and modifications are provided as needed; you simply turn on the video, hit play, and get after it!
Athlete goal – I want to be able to take my Fit 5:22 training with me wherever I am! On busy days where my schedule doesn’t allow me to attend a Fit 5:22 class I know that I can still get in an amazing workout with the Fit 5:22 GO program!
